“Have expectancy – not expectations. Expectancy it is the emotional knowingness that, (a.) you have changed, and therefore, (b.) your physical reality will follow suit. Expectations is placing upon the change that your physical reality will go through the method that your ego thinks should be the way it should change, to represent the change you have made within yourself.” — Bashar
“The more you expand your awareness and dig deep into spiritual awareness, the more negativity you will actually discover and bring to the surface until such time as you have exhausted all the negative belief systems that you are holding onto. That’s the natural process. It’s a positive idea. When you get this, you will no longer experience discovering a negative belief as a negative thing.”
“You, as a persona, are an artificial construct of your consciousness; when your consciousness changes the idea of itself, the person you are is a different person – literally. Only the things that are conducive to that type of person’s life will be what you will experience in that life. It is only mechanics, only physics. Whatever vibration you believe yourself to be, will be the life you have – plain and simple. Anything that is not of the vibration you are cannot be experienced in your reality.” — Bashar
“If you are willing to accept that whatever part of the process is happening is happening for the purpose of putting you in touch with more of yourself so that you can expand and get that reflection back from reality of your expansion, then you will be excited about anything the process has to show you.”

“Our true nature is like a spacious, empty openness in which the endless variety of thoughts arise, momentarily have their existence, and in which they dissolve. Our true nature is like the ‘background’ and deeper spacious ‘context’ in which the specific ‘contents’ of the mind appear. Our true nature is empty, in that it doesn’t have any form, while at the same time it is the nature of this emptiness to ‘take on’ form.” — Paul Levy
“We won’t notice the underlying mirror, however, if we become entranced by, fixated on, or conditioned by the reflections. The reflections in the mirror are like thoughts in our mind; the problem is that we become absorbed in, react to and identify with the thoughts in our mind, without recognizing that who we actually are is the pure, all-embracing, mirror which underlies and is transcendent to the reflections.” — Paul Levy

“What you are, indeed, is a grand embodiment of electromagnetic energy. That is, every facet of you, your physical body, your consciousness, your thoughts and beliefs and your emotional beingness are all entwined to create a body of energy which is likened unto a magnet. This energy has a resonance, a vibrational frequency, which draws to itself that which matches its own frequency.”
“This universe is a mass shared dream that all six-and-a-half billion of us are collaboratively dreaming up into materialization. When we realize this, we can put our lucidity together so that we can co-creatively dream a much more grace-filled universe into incarnation. This is nothing other than an evolutionary quantum leap in human consciousness, unimaginable until now.” — Paul Levy

The thing that most seizes you up, binds you up, is your willingness to attempt the impossible…which is trying to perceive yourself through the eyes of somebody else. And then trying to adjust their perception of you…because you don’t like what you think they think of you, so you go to adjust their perception … talk about being out there in the weeds. You know why you really want to start paying attention to the idea of unconditional love? Because you aren’t going to find it out there in the conditions. There’s too many moving parts. It just keeps your energy in too much chaos.
“You are the only one who creates in your experience—no one else. Everything that comes to you comes by the power of your thought. If there are changes you would like to make, it will be of great value to begin telling a different story—not only about your body, but about all subjects that have been troubling to you. As you begin to positively focus, getting to feel so good about so many subjects, you will begin to feel the power that creates worlds flowing through you.” — Abraham
