In the Silence is where all the power is. In the Silence is where all the answers are. — Robert Adams

What you see in this world is only yourself. You can never see anything else. Wherever you look, you will see yourself. If you have troubles, you will see troubles everywhere. If you are at peace with yourself, you will see peace everywhere. You are the cause and creator of your particular world, and yet you have the power to change it, by returning within and not reacting to the things of this world whatsoever. — Robert Adams

“There is one thing I can tell you for sure. All is well. Everything is unfolding as it should. I can tell you that truly nothing is wrong anywhere. If you think you have a problem, that’s the mistake — thinking you have a problem. As soon as you stop thinking, everything will go right.” - Robert Adams

You are still looking for someone to free you. You are still looking for a secret mantra or a secret esoteric teaching that no one knows. You are looking for the person who can give you something that you think you do not have. And you go searching all over the world. You’ll never find it because it doesn’t exist. You have been that yourself all along. That has been you. — Robert Adams

You have to be totally honest with yourself. Totally honest. Completely honest with yourself to see the way you’ve been carrying on. To see how your thoughts have been ruling you. Your mind has been telling you, “This is like this and this is like that. This is good, this is bad. This is right, this is wrong.” Being judgmental all the time, this is what has to be given up, totally and completely. — Robert Adams

Do not look for signs. Do not look for experiences. Do not be so complicated. Become like a child. See everything with awe. — Robert Adams

There’s something within you that knows what to do. There is a power greater than you that knows how to take care of you without your help. All you’ve got to do is to surrender to it. Surrender your thoughts, your mind, your ego, to the current that knows the way. It will take care of you. It will take better care of you than you can ever imagine. — Robert Adams

Do not try to change other people. Do not try to change your circumstances. If you get rid of one set of circumstances, another one of the same nature will pop up later. You can’t get rid of yourself until you change yourself. ~ Robert Adams

Nearly all mankind is more or less unhappy because nearly all do not know the true Self. Real happiness abides in Self-knowledge alone. All else is fleeting. To know one’s Self is to be blissful always. You are the Self. You are already and eternally That. ~ Sri Ramana Maharshi

"There is never a time or place for true love. It happens accidentally, in a heartbeat, in a single flashing, throbbing moment.” ― Sarah Dessen

According to the mythology of twin flames, in the beginning of time we were created from one source that was split into smaller and smaller units down to two souls (and on rare occasions, halves of one soul) that would journey to Earth to learn and experience duality. They would reincarnate over lifetimes with this longing for each other.

Relative knowledge pertains to the mind and not to the Self. It is illusory and not permanent. Take a scientist…He formulates a theory that the Earth is round and goes on to prove it and establish it on an incontrovertible basis. When he falls asleep the whole idea vanishes; his mind is left a blank; what does it matter if the world remains round or flat when he is asleep? — Sri Ramana Maharshi

Anyone who knows me, should learn to know me again; for I am like the Moon, you will see me with new face everyday. — Rumi

Quite deliberately you use your conscious mind playfully, creating a game as children do, in which for a time you completely ignore what seems to be in physical terms and “pretend” that what you really want is real.

Live each day as fully and joyfully as possible. Imagine the best possible results of any plans or projects. Above all, do not concentrate upon past unfavorable events, or imagined future ones. - Jane Roberts

I wrote a poem that made my love angry At me, or at the measure of my verse. “Tell me then,” I said, “What should I write?” “Tell me”, said she, “What poem could contain me?” - Rumi

Quietness is the surest sign that you have died. … The speechless full moon comes out now. — Rumi

And when one of them meets with his other half, the actual half of himself, the pair are lost in an amazement of love, friendship and intimacy; moreover, one will not be out of the other’s sight even for a moment. — Palto - 2500 years ago

Like a shadow, I am and I am not. — Rumi

Whatever takes you to inner Silence, is the right Way — Ramana Maharshi

Truly speaking, Pure Consciousness is indivisible, it is without parts. It has no form and shape, no ‘within’ and ‘without’. There is no ‘right’ or ‘left’ for it. Pure Consciousness, which is the heart, includes all; and nothing is outside or apart from it. That is the ultimate Truth. ~ Ramana Maharshi

O R A N G E

The idea of time is only in your mind. It is not in the Self. There is no time for the Self. Time arises as an idea after the ego arises. But you are the Self beyond time and space. You exist even in the absence of time and space. — Sri Ramana Maharshi

Why should you worry about the future? You don’t even know the present properly. Take care of the present and the future will take care of itself. — Ramana Maharshi

Grace is always present. You imagine it is something somewhere high in the sky, far away, and has to descend. It is really inside you, in your Heart, and the moment you effect subsidence or merger of the mind into its Source, grace rushes forth, sprouting as from a spring within you — Ramana Maharshi

it is a sublime thing to suffer and be stronger. — henry longfellow

When we walk to the edge of all light we know and take a step into the darkness of the unknown, we must believe that one of two things will happen. There will be something solid for us to stand on or we will be taught to fly. — Henry Longfellow

I never looked at her without a thrill of pleasure. She never came into a room where I was without my heart beating quicker, nor went out without my feeling that something of the light went with her. — Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

The dawn is not distant, nor is the night starless; love is eternal. — Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Magnificent Autumn! He comes not like a pilgrim, clad in russet weeds. He comes not like a hermit, clad in grey. But he comes like a warrior, with the stain of blood upon his brazen mail. His crimson scarf is rent…. The wind…. wafts to us the odour of forest leaves, that hang wilted on the dripping branches, or drop into the stream. Their gorgeous tints are gone, as if the autumnal rains had washed them out. Orange, yellow, and scarlet, all are changed to one melancholy russet hue…. There is a melancholy and continual roar in the tops of the tall pines…. It is the funeral anthem of the dying year. — Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
