Your energy can’t be split. You can’t want something and doubt it, and get it. And even more, you can’t want something and doubt it and feel good either. And if you’re not feeling good, you’re not going to get what you want. So if you want something and doubt it, and you feel bad, you have a different trajectory than the one you want.
The Universe is always giving you everything that you’ll allow. The Universe is giving you everything right up to the degree of resistance that you have in place. So your entire work is about lowering your resistance. Talking yourself into ease, and out of struggle. Talking yourself into understanding that it’s just energy that’s being traded on the waves of thought.

Somebody asked me: "What do you do? How do you write, create?” You don’t, I told them. You don’t try. That’s very important: not to try, either for Cadillacs, creation or immortality. You wait, and if nothing happens, you wait some more. It’s like a bug high on the wall. You wait for it to come to you. When it gets close enough you reach out, slap out and kill it. Or if you like its looks, you make a pet out of it.“ — Charles Bukowski
Clarity is the name of the game here. If you make yourself available without clarity, it is very easy to attract energies that will not accommodate your vibration. This does not mean that those energies are bad; it simply means that they resonate out of sync with your vibrational intent, which may of course be unclear to you. When you are not firm in the stance of yourself, confusion occurs, because the energies are not integrating. — Barbara Marciniak
It’s not that you don’t know how to feel, it’s that you are afraid of your feelings. You don’t know what to do with them when you have them. They bring up a sense of powerlessness within you, so you associate feeling with a sense of, “Oh, no, I blew it.” You have a boundary in your belief system that states that when something comes up that is emotional and brings pain or anger, then it is not good. It is time to stop tiptoeing around things and avoiding your emotions. — Barbara Marcniak
When you blame circumstance outside yourself, you miss the wave of awareness, for you really are attracting the situation. Whenever you make excuses, you are not in the game. The nature of existence is friendly and significant, and as a designer of reality, ask yourself why you design what you do. Seize the moment and pay close attention to how you use your thoughts and words to create your outer environment. — Barbara Marciniak
If you are able to be media free for periods of time, and you disengage yourself from the frequency of chaos and anxiety and stress and hustle-bustle and temptations of all kinds that you don’t need, you begin to get clear. You begin to listen to what is going on inside of yourself and to live in the world and not necessarily be lost in it. You become clear. — Barbara Marciniak

There are the rushing waves… mountains of molecules, each stupidly minding its own business… trillions apart …yet forming white surf in unison. Ages on ages… before any eyes could see… year after year… thunderously pounding the shore as now. For whom, for what? …on a dead planet with no life to entertain. Never at rest… tortured by energy… wasted prodigiously by the sun… poured into space. A mite makes the sea roar. Deep in the sea, all molecules repeat the patterns of another till complex new ones are formed. They make others like themselves… and a new dance starts. Growing in size and complexity… living things, masses of atoms, DNA, protein… dancing a pattern ever more intricate. Out of the cradle onto dry land… here it is standing… atoms with consciousness …matter with curiosity. Stands at the sea… wonders at wondering… I… a universe of atoms… an atom in the universe. - a poem by Richard Feynman from “The Value of Science”, 1955
At the heart of science is an essential balance between two seemingly contradictory attitudes - an openness to new ideas, no matter how bizarre or counterintuitive they may be, and the most ruthless skeptical scrutiny of all ideas, old and new. That is how deep truths are winnowed from deep nonsense. — Carl Sagan
